  • I have a high water bill — how can I fix this?

We suggest checking your toilet's water flap to ensure no water is continuously running into the bowl after flushing. This is often a common cause of unexpectedly high water bills.
  • I'm not getting good airflow from my heating and air conditioning — what can I do about this?

For optimal airflow, we advise checking your filter monthly. Depending on the filter size, it's generally recommended to replace it every three months to maintain system efficiency.

  • Do you provide free estimates?

We offer free estimates for major replacements and remodels. However, for routine services, a dispatch fee is required to diagnose the issue.
  • Are you licensed and Insured?

Yes, Wolff's Plumbing & Heating is fully licensed and insured.

  • Do you provide emergency services?

We offer emergency services on weekends between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm to address urgent plumbing and heating issues.

  • I have a major leak — what can I do?

In case of a major leak, we strongly recommend turning off your main water supply immediately to prevent further damage until the issue can be properly addressed.
  • Do you offer warranties?

We provide a one-year warranty on all labor and parts, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on the products we install.
  • What minimum temperature should I set my thermostat at for winter/vacation?

To prevent potential damage, we advise maintaining your furnace temperature at a minimum of 65 degrees Fahrenheit at all times, especially during winter or when you're away on vacation.
  • What size HVAC system do I need?

HVAC sizing varies based on your specific property and location. We recommend contacting us for a personalized assessment to determine the most suitable HVAC system for your needs.
