I contacted this company by email on a Sunday evening. On Monday morning I received a call from Larrisa. She set up an appointment right away. Adam came to my house and called me before he went in (couldn't get away from my work) and after he was finished he called to let me know what the problem was. Furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. Called Wolff's first thing in the morning and they had a tech over here by 8am! Wyatt was a very nice guy who explained the problem and replaced the necessary part for a fair price. Would definitely call again.

Her child has cancer and their heater went out, not only did they promptly re-install a new heating system, but the employees pitched in a covered the entire cost, as you can guess she is very low on funds. They also helped her further with finances for the holiday.

"Thank you Wolfe’s!"

Wolffs took a little time to get out to us but it was well worth the wait. We had our house reducted back in August last year by a different company and it was the worst experience of my life! Wolffs came and re-hooked our central air unit up and fixed a few of the messes the old company made. They were really nice and very knowledgeable at what they did. I would recommend them! Called for an emergency water leak (FYI DO NOT buy refrigerators with water/ice dispensers. Not worth the risk). They showed up in a few minutes despite being shorthanded. Serviceman Roger was very helpful and quickly fixed the problem before the water ruined our whole kitchen. No idea about the price yet, but based on service I give a 10/10 and would hire again in the future.

We have a seasonal cabin about 15 miles from town.  When we opened the cabin this spring, we discovered that we had no hot water.  We called Wolff's Plumbing and Heating the same day we discovered the problem, and they scheduled service for us the next day.  They sent a very experienced and professional plumber, Rod, to tackle the job.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating elements at a very fair price, and he did a very professional job.  This is the third time we've called on Wolff's for our plumbing needs, and we will certainly call on them in the future.  We have always had an excellent experience with Wolff's.  Call them, you won't regret it.
